Art for the cabin in atmospheric colors?

Sometimes my paintings need a bit of time to mature – like this one. The painting wasn’t carefully planned, but came about as a result of “playing with colors.” I love experimenting with new techniques, and this time I tried “Pouring medium,” which allows you to create marbling patterns with acrylic paint.

However, the subject became quite simple, so I painted further, keeping some of the marbling, and developed a landscape motif. Still, I wasn't completely satisfied, so I continued working with collage. I added small houses made of paper and gave the sky a hint of shimmer through thin layers of paint. Finally, the picture got a glossy surface.

It has been in my gallery for a few years, until recently I suddenly “saw the light”! The houses had to have light in the windows! It was exactly what was needed – the picture came to life, and those who see it want to come visit.

I don't know where the picture will end up, but I think it would fit perfectly in a cabin. An atmospheric, slightly different motif in beautiful colors.
