GIFT FOR YOUR BOYFRIEND, a gift with meaning!

How about a gift for the person you love the most? A gift on your wedding day that isn't flowers? A gift for the person you're engaged to or your partner, or maybe you need a wedding gift for someone who is celebrating?

A few years ago I was challenged to create this series of wedding gifts, and the series of images has been named “Two hearts together”. The motifs are two hearts that are put together, and which in turn have 8 different messages: Two hearts – strong together, shining together, growing together, writing history together, intimate together, flying high together, flourishing together, faithful together. The motifs are made in acrylic with elements of collage and embroidery.

Everyday life is full of ups and downs, and we often need reminders to focus extra hard on the one we love and have chosen to live with, to be faithful to each other, to be strong when things get tough, to shine a little brighter together when the darkness gets oppressive. How about being reminded to be more intimate, that the two of you can help write your own story together!

It's extra nice to be reminded of this in a pleasant way, through a picture that is also beautiful to look at.
